Peter Mersch is a mathematician, systems analyst, futurologist and author. His research focuses on the theory of evolution, evolutionary biology, sociocultural evolution, evolutionary economics, demography, migraine and obesity. He is the originator of the Competence-based Theory of Evolution, Competence-based Ricardo Theorem, Competence-based Theory of Eusociality, Competence-based Theory of Fertility, the Family Manager Concept and the energetic migraine theory. He also studies the causes of the obesity pandemic and has presented his own theoretical and practical concepts on the subject.
